Terms of Use
1. Agreement
By using BlockUps you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you use the app through the Apple App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
2. Age
The app is intended for players aged 13 and over. Players under 18 need a parent's or guardian's permission to make purchases.
3. Virtual items
Gems and gold are virtual items with no real-world value. They cannot be exchanged for money or transferred between accounts. Gem purchases are processed by Apple or Google and follow their refund rules. Virtual items are lost if you delete your account.
4. Duels
Duels are games of skill between two players on the same board. Gold stakes use virtual gold only; there is no cash prize and gold cannot be bought for or converted into money.
5. Player names
Player names are visible on leaderboards and to friends. Do not use names that are offensive, impersonate others or contain personal information. We may rename such accounts.
6. Fair play
Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use automation, or interfere with other players or our servers. We may reset scores or suspend accounts that break these rules.
7. Availability
We work to keep the game running, but online features (leaderboards, duels, friends) may be changed, interrupted or discontinued. The app is provided "as is", to the extent permitted by law.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
