Delete your BlockUps account
In the app (fastest)
- Open BlockUps.
- Tap Settings (gear icon) → Profile.
- Scroll down, tap Delete account and confirm.
Deletion is immediate. Want a copy first? Tap Download my data on the same screen (how it works).
Without the app
Email support@blockups.com from the email of your Google or Apple sign-in, with the subject "Delete my BlockUps account". We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email. Guest accounts (never signed in) are not linked to any email, so they can only be deleted from inside the app, or you can simply uninstall the app.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in link (Google / Apple), email address
- Profile, player name, country, scores, levels, duel history, friends
- Gems, gold and wallet history
What is kept
Only a record that a store transaction ID was already redeemed, with no link to you, so the same receipt cannot grant gems twice. Apple and Google keep their own purchase records under their policies.
