Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data the BlockUps mobile game ("the app", "we") collects, why, and what choices you have. The app is published by Elchin Abilov, who is responsible for your data (data controller). Contact: support@blockups.com · blockups.com.
1. Data we collect
- Account identifier. On first launch the app creates an anonymous guest account (a random ID). No name or email is needed to play.
- Optional sign-in. If you choose "Continue with Google" or "Continue with Apple", we receive your account ID, email address and, if you share them, your name and profile picture from that provider (Apple lets you hide your real email). We use them only to sign you in, show your profile and keep your progress across devices.
- Game data. Scores, levels, duel results, gems and gold balance and history, the country you pick, friends you add, and your player name shown on leaderboards.
- Purchases. When you buy gems we receive the store transaction ID and product to verify the purchase with Apple or Google. We never see your payment card details.
- Advertising data. Rewarded video ads are provided by Google AdMob, which may collect device identifiers (such as the advertising ID / IDFA, only if you allow tracking on iOS), IP address and ad interaction data. See how Google uses data.
- Year of birth and settings. Asked on first launch and stored only on your device. Used to set age-appropriate ads and to show a parental check before purchases for players under 18.

2. How we use data
- To run the game: save progress, leaderboards, duels, friends and your wallet (legal basis: performance of our contract with you).
- To verify purchases and prevent fraud (legitimate interest).
- To show rewarded ads you choose to watch; personalised ads only with your consent where required.
We do not sell or share your personal data for money. We do not build our own advertising profiles.
3. Consent and tracking
In the EEA, UK and Switzerland the app asks for your consent before personalised ads, using Google's consent tool. You can change your choice any time in Settings → Privacy choices. On iOS, tracking happens only if you allow it in the App Tracking Transparency prompt; you can change this in iOS Settings.
4. Children
The app is not directed to children under 13. If a player enters an age under 13, ads are limited to non-personalised, general-audience content, and purchases and links that leave the app require a parental check. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
5. Service providers
- Supabase (database and sign-in, hosted for us) – stores account and game data.
- Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform – ads and consent.
- Apple App Store and Google Play – payments; Apple and Google sign-in.
These providers may process data outside your country. They do so under their own data protection terms, including Standard Contractual Clauses where needed.
6. Download your data
You can get a copy of all data we store about your account, at any time and for free: Settings → Profile → Download my data. Your browser downloads a JSON file (a common, machine-readable format). Details: Download your data.
7. Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account exists. You can delete your account and all game data at any time in the app: Settings → Profile → Delete account, or by following the steps at Delete account. Deletion is immediate and permanent. A record that a purchase transaction ID was already used is kept, without any link to you, to prevent the same receipt from being redeemed twice.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA) you have the right to access, correct, delete and export (port) your data, to withdraw consent and to object to processing. Access, export and deletion are available directly in the app (sections 6 and 7). For anything else email support@blockups.com; we reply within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
9. Security
All data is sent over encrypted HTTPS connections. Database access is restricted per account, and data download links expire after 15 minutes.
10. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app.

3. Razılıq və izləmə
AİZ, Böyük Britaniya və İsveçrədə tətbiq fərdiləşdirilmiş reklamdan əvvəl Google-un razılıq pəncərəsi ilə icazə istəyir. Seçiminizi istənilən vaxt Ayarlar → Məxfilik seçimləri bölməsində dəyişə bilərsiniz. iOS-da izləmə yalnız App Tracking Transparency sorğusunda icazə versəniz baş verir.
4. Uşaqlar

6. Məlumatlarınızı yükləyin

7. Saxlama və silmə
Məlumatlar hesabınız mövcud olduqca saxlanılır. Hesabınızı və bütün oyun məlumatlarını istənilən vaxt tətbiqdə silə bilərsiniz: Ayarlar → Profil → Hesabı sil, və ya bu səhifədəki addımlarla. Silmə dərhal və geri dönməzdir. Eyni qəbzin iki dəfə istifadəsinin qarşısını almaq üçün tranzaksiya ID-sinin istifadə olunduğu faktı sizinlə əlaqəsiz saxlanılır.
8. Hüquqlarınız
Məlumatlarınıza baxmaq, düzəltmək, silmək, ixrac etmək, razılığı geri götürmək və emala etiraz etmək hüququnuz var. Baxış, ixrac və silmə birbaşa tətbiqdədir. Digər sorğular üçün support@blockups.com ünvanına yazın, 30 gün ərzində cavab veririk.
9. Təhlükəsizlik
Bütün məlumatlar şifrələnmiş HTTPS ilə ötürülür. Yükləmə linkləri 15 dəqiqədən sonra etibarsız olur.
