Download your data
You can get a copy of everything BlockUps stores about your account on its servers, free and at any time. This covers your right of access and data portability (GDPR articles 15 and 20, CCPA).
In the app
- Open BlockUps.
- Tap Settings (gear icon) → Profile.
- Tap Download my data.
Your browser opens and downloads a file named blockups-data-YYYY-MM-DD.json. On iPhone it is saved in the Files app (Downloads); on Android in Downloads. The link works for 15 minutes; tap the button again for a new one.
By email
Signed in with Google or Apple and can't open the app? Email support@blockups.com from that address with the subject "BlockUps data request". We reply within 30 days.
What the file contains
- account – user ID, email (if signed in), sign-in providers, creation and last sign-in dates
- profile – player name, country, avatar, scores, games played, duel wins/losses, gems, gold
- games – every finished game: mode, level, score, moves, date
- levels_cleared, wallet_history, purchases, duels, friends
Your year of birth and in-app settings are stored only on your phone, never on our servers, so they are not in the file.
JSON is a plain-text format that any text editor or spreadsheet tool can open.

Email ilə
Google və ya Apple ilə daxil olmusunuzsa və tətbiqi aça bilmirsinizsə, həmin ünvandan support@blockups.com ünvanına "BlockUps data request" mövzusu ilə yazın. 30 gün ərzində cavab veririk.
Faylda nə var
Hesab (ID, email, giriş üsulu), profil (ad, ölkə, xallar, gem, qızıl), oyunlar, keçilmiş səviyyələr, cüzdan tarixçəsi, alışlar, duellər və dostlar. Doğum ili və ayarlar yalnız telefonunuzda saxlanılır, ona görə faylda yoxdur.
